Since the purchase of the funeral homes in 1997, Geary and Ada have made and continue to make improvements to the two locations.

Originally there was no off street parking in Bradford. A 1600 square feet addition was added at Bradford to offer restrooms, a children's lounge and areas for visiting friends and family members. Today, the last phase of construction is underway at Bradford. It does not interfere with services.

After the completion in late spring of 2009, the make-over-will begin at the Covington chapel. While plans have not been finalized, funding is in place through Covington Savings and Loan. The three bay garage in Covington will be demolished, a chapel with an entrance on the north side of the building will be started in the fall of 2009.
