Bernadine E. Miller, age 84 of Bradford, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the Rest Haven Nursing Home, Greenville.  Bernadine was born in Darke County on February 29, 1932 to the (late) Harold & Anna (Parsons) Kendall; was a graduate of Monroe High School, Class of 1950; retired as a Cook from Upper Valley Medical Center with 25 years of service; was a cook also for Bradford Schools, Bradford Nursing Home, and Rest Haven Nursing Home; and a member of the Bradford Church of the Brethren.  Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dale E. Miller in 2007; and sister, Geraldine Kendall.  Bernadine is survived by her six children, Mike Miller of Bradford, Tim Miller of Bradford, Steve “Frog” & Marsha Miller of Miamisburg, Becky & Michael Fyffe of Raleigh, NC, Cheryl & Dave Piguet of Greenville, & Terry Miller of Bradford; six grandchildren, Tracy & Bobby Barhorst of Bradford, Sherri Miller & Alvin Jordan of Cincinnati, Skip & Sommer Miller of Bradford, Kristy & Matthew Clum of Troy, Brittany & Seth Force of Greenville, Ryan Miller of Bradford; nine great-grandchildren, Skipp, Austy, Tucker, & Ross Miller, Alexis Barhorst, Leah & Lydia Force, Bryce & Reese Clum; special friend, Wilma Fellers of Greenville; and other relatives and friends.  Funeral service 10:30 AM Wednesday at the Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor John Shelton officiating.  Interment Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, Covington.  The family will receive friends 5-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.  If desired, contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Greenville.
