Chris W. “Gomer” Reck, age 63 of Bradford passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017 at the Hospice Unit – Upper Valley Medical Center.  Chris was born in Piqua on September 13, 1953 to Tom & Luella (Heisey) Reck; was a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1972; had worked for Fram and Reck & Son Landscaping, Bradford; attended the Bradford Church of the Brethren; and was very active for The Depot, Bradford.  Preceded in death by his father.  Chris is survived by his mother, Luella Reck of Bradford; his wife of 18 years, Sheri (Ward) Reck; son and daughter-in-law, Chris W. II & Ericka Reck of Union, OH; step-son, Eric Wilson of Sidney; seven grandchildren, Brenden & Bryce Reck, Taylor & Harley Manson, Blaine, Lexi & Madison Wilson; brother and sister-in-law, Keith & Wanda Reck of Bradford; sister and brother-in-law, Kim & Rick Mowery of Bradford; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  Funeral service 7:00 PM Wednesday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor John Shelton officiating.  Visitation will be 3:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Depot.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
