David Milton Bogan, age 76 of Covington, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017 at the Covington Care Center.  David was born in West Milton on June 26, 1941 to the (late) Carey & Erma (Scammahorn) Bogan; he was a Laura fireman; retired from Coate Burial Vault, West Milton as a vault driver and installer; loved to fish and mushroom hunt; and he would help anybody that needed help; a very loving man.  Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kathleen Bogan in 1991; special friend, Lois Manning; two sisters, Janet M. (Lynch) Goines and Libbey (Bogan) Hawse.  David is survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, other family and lots of friends.  He never saw a stranger!  Memorial service will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the Center Friends Church, 8550 W. State Route 571, West Milton, OH 45383 with Pastor Duane Cox officiating.  Interment of cremains in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton at a later date.
