Drenda “Kay” Branson, age 68, lifetime resident of Bradford, died Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the Covington Care Center.  She was born November 15, 1948 in Piqua, to the late John R. & Margaret Ellen (Peeples) Hartman; a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1968; & a member of Bradford First Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by her parents: & granddaughter, Chasity Abney.

Kay is survived by 2 daughters, Annette (Max) Miller of Elida & Sue (Mike) Abney of Bradford; 5 grandchildren, Skie (Morgan) Abney of Piqua, Chelsea Abney of Bradford, Rodney Abney of Bradford, Chris (Jenn) Miller of Delphos & Justin Miller of Elida; 5 great grandchildren, Chloe Elsner, Charity Miller, Hudson Abney, Olivia Abney & Bentley Miller; 2 brothers, Dennis (Sally) Hartman of Piqua & Douglas (Shirley) Hartman of Bradford; nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 5 pm at Bradford First Baptist Church, 134 W. Walnut St, with Pastor Mark Lynch officiating.  The family will receive friends 3-5 pm at the church.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
