George Robert “Bob” Broughman Jr., age 83 of Bradford, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Heartland of Piqua.  Bob was born in Woodington, OH on January 4, 1934 to the (late) George Robert Sr. & Dorothy Juanita (Rexrode) Broughman; graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1952; an US Air Force veteran; retired as Supervisor/Track Foreman with Conrail RR; member of AMVETS Post #66, Covington; past member of American Legion, Bradford; and member of the Bradford Community Club.  Preceded in death by his parents; son, John Broughman; brother, Jim Broughman; and daughter-in-law, Stacy Broughman.  Bob is survived by his children, Myra Slomba of Bradford, Larry & Lisa Broughman of FL, Matt Broughman of Bradford; six grandchildren, Lukas Broughman, Macy Broughman, Cody Slomba, Chelsey Broughman, Ciara Broughman, & Mak Broughman; great-grandson, Jaxon Broughman; sister, Shirley Colvin of Greenville; sister-in-law, Lil Broughman of Bradford; four nieces; other relatives and friends.  Memorial Service 11:00 AM Saturday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor Dale Boeger officiating.  The family will receive friends 10:00 AM Saturday until time of service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bradford, OH Railroad Museum.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
