James M. “Jamie” Pettit, age 46, died Sunday, November 20, 2016 at his home in Covington.  Jamie was born November 10, 1970 in Piqua to Kenneth E. & Barbara L (Christman) Pettit; a graduate of Riverside Developmental Center; worked at RT Industries; loved Legos, NASCAR, the Ohio State University Buckeyes & working in the garage with his dad.

Preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Pettit Jr.  Jamie is survived by his parents, Ken & Barb Pettit; sisters, Kim (Todd) Alexander of Covington & Karen (Rick) Sedam of Piqua; 2 nephews, Trent Alexander & Daniel Kendall; 2 nieces, Joyce Alexander & Brittany Kendall; 3 great nephews, Trentin, Chase & Jr; 5 great nieces, Hannah, Mercedies, Audrianna, Grace & Faith; & other relatives & friends.

Funeral Service will be held Friday at 1pm at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington with Pastor John Shelton officiating.
