Merlin Roy Keeler of Troy, formerly of Gettysburg, died Sunday, October 8, 2017 at his home.  He was born July 23, 1936 in Gettysburg to the late Robert & Anna (Sargent) Keeler; a graduate of Gettysburg High School, Class of 1954; a U.S. Army Veteran; retired from Hobart Manufacturing (ITW), Troy after 32 years of service.

Preceded in death by his parents; 5 siblings, Polly Felver, Alberta Felver, June Winks, Verl Keeler & Willard Keeler.

Merlin is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Judy (Drew) Keeler; 2 sisters-in-law, Glenna Mae Keeler-Cress of Bradford & Phyllis Keeler of Greenville; & many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington.  Interment Miami Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.  If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
