Thomas W. Finfrock age 85 of Covington, passed away Friday, September 2, 2016 at the Covington Care Center.  Tom was born in Covington on January 5, 1931 to the (late) James Roger & Helen (Hickman) Finfrock; graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1950; an U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean War; past owner of Finfrock Construction, Covington; a member of the VFW Post #4235, Covington; a member of the American Legions A.B. Cole Post #80, Covington; an avid fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes; during High School he ran track and held many records and he also played football; inducted into Covington’s Hall of Fame and was a huge Covington BUCCS fan; and a member of the Covington Eagles Aerie #3998.  Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dona Lee Finfrock in 2005; son, Paul Finfrock; and brother, Dean James Finfrock.  Tom is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Crystal & Robert Crafton of The Villages, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Roger & Jill Finfrock of Covington; daughter-in-law, Vicki Finfrock of Covington; six grandchildren, Jimmy & wife, Kait Finfrock of Clarksville, TN, Marty & wife, Tiana Finfrock of Covington, Tommy Finfrock of Covington, Richelle & husband, Sam Palsgrove of Covington, Shelli Manson of Wayne, NE, and Kirk Manson of Chicago, IL; seven great-grandchildren,  three sisters, Mary Phyllis Longendelpher of Troy, Ruth Flory of Henderson, Nevada, Gerry Benedict of Covington; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Graveside service and Interment 10:30 A.M. Wednesday at Highland Cemetery, Covington with Dan Leistner officiating with Military Honors provided by the Veterans Elite Tribute Squad.  The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5-8 P.M. at the Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington with an Eagles Memorial Service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Covington Care Center Activity Program.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.  The family would like to thank the staff at Covington Care Center for their love and support of their father.
