Timothy “Timmy” Allen Phillips, age 28 of Bradford, passed away  Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.  Timmy was born June 3, 1988 to Rex Allen Phillips & Diane Lynn Hill; was a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 2007, worked for Evenflo, Piqua; and loved playing guitar.  Preceded in death by his father, Rex Phillips; grandfather, Dexter Phillips; and uncle, Jerry Phillips.  Timmy is survived by his mother, Diane Hill of Bradford; sister, Lisa Hicks & her fiancé, Sam Minnich; two nieces, Kaylynne & Addalyn Minnich, all of Bradford; his fiancée and her daughter, Danielle Jeffers & Brooke Phillips of Bradford; maternal grandparents, Dale & Dixie Hill of Bradford; paternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Roberta & Owen Shively of Greenville; numerous other relatives and friends.  Celebration of Life Service Noon Saturday at the Bradford Community Club with Pastor Randy Phillips officiating.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, P.O.
