Barbara Gail (Allen) Wagner, age 54 of Bradford, her sunrise was February 3, 1963 in Lawrenceburg, IN and her sunset was Thursday, July 13, 2017 in Bradford.  Barbara was born to David Samuel & Rita May Helen (Freudenberg) Allen; grew up in North Bend, OH; graduate of Taylor High School, Class of 1981 (North Bend); received her Bachelors Degree from Miami University; her Masters Degree from Wright State University; and her Doctorate Degree from the University of Phoenix.; retired as Director of the Upper Valley Career Center, Piqua; formerly a Home Economics Teacher; was a Golden Eagle Member of the NRA; a member of the DAR, VFW Greenville Post Ladies Auxiliary; loved wine tasting, traveling, gardening, and was an awesome cook.  Preceded in death by her father.  Barbara is survived by her mother, Rita May Helen Allen of North Bend, OH; husband of 30 years, Paul E. Wagner; brother and sister-in-law, Edward L. & Christine M. Allen of North Bend, OH; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Lois & Stephen Britsch of New Lebanon, OH; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Eugene B. & Ruby E. Wagner of Greenville; nieces and nephews, Stephen C. Allen of Indianapolis, IN, Lauren E. (Scott) Girdler of Cincinnati, Joshua A. Allen of Oxford, OH, Sarah E. Britsch of New Lebanon, OH, Rachel C. Britsch of New Lebanon, OH; and great-nephew, Colin Kenneth Girdler of Cincinnati; other family and friends.  Memorial Service 2:30 PM Friday  at the Oakland Church of the Brethren, Bradford with Pastor Joel C. Lofton officiating.  Interment of cremains Oakland Cemetery, Bradford.  Gathering of friends beginning at 1:00 PM Friday until time of service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Omega Life Membership Foundation, Inc. which provides scholarship funds to the Xi Iota Iota Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
