Carl John Hoeflich, age 63 of Bradford, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017.  Carl was born in Springfield, OH on October 12, 1953 to Rev. Samuel & Dorothy (Robinson) Hoeflich; received his Bachelors Degree from Taylor University; retired as manager from Sherwin-Williams; band member of several bands for years; played keyboard, but could play any instrument; a musician extraordinaire.  Preceded in death by his father, Rev. Samuel Hoeflich in 2017and father-in-law, Emeral Dean Lavey.  Carl is survived by his mother, Dorothy Hoeflich of Greenville; wife of 13 ½ years, Paula R. (Lavey) Hoeflich; daughter and son-in-law, Ciara & Mitchell Dunlap of Bradford; two sons, Brian Hoeflich of Dayton, David Hoeflich of Englewood; two sisters, Katie Hoeflich of Greenville, Annie & Mark Oiler of Greenville; mother-in-law, Nadine Lavey of Bradford, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Pam & Ed Maxwell of Tipp City, brother-in-law and sister-in-law,  John & Michelle Lavey of Bradford; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; and his pets that he loved, Oreo, Toby & Dixie and his grandpuppies, Bella & Larson.  Memorial service 3:00 PM Thursday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Chaplain Lance Amburgy officiating.  Visitation will be 5-8 PM Wednesday and again from 2 PM Thursday until time of service at the funeral home.
