Cyril A. Voisard, age 82 of Bradford, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the Versailles Health Care Center. Cyril was born in Shelby County on November 25, 1935 to the (late) Michael & Agnes (Monnier) Voisard; was a graduate of Versailles High School, Class of 1953; a U.S. Army veteran where he was a tank driver; retired from Harrison Radiator/General Motors with 30 years of service; previously drove for the Egg Auction, Versailles; a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Bradford; a member of the Covington Eagles Aerie #3998; a member of the VFW Post #4235, Covington; a member of the Versailles Eagles Aerie #2347; a member of the AMVETS Post #66, Covington; an avid Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Browns fan; loved to fish, ride his bike, play cards, bowl, and hunt. Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Frankie F. (Lofton) Voisard in 2006; four brothers, Jim, John, Bob, & Carl Voisard; two sisters, Florence Smith & Helen McEldowney and two step-sons, Vaughn & Kevin Rue. Cyril is survived by his four children, Patrick & Sheila Voisard of Versailles, Kathryn Voisard of Versailles, Allan & Sheryl Voisard of Greenville, Brian & Julie Voisard of Rockford; four step-children, Gregory & Barbara Kuykendall of Versailles, Sheila & Keith Sanders of Bradford, Connie & Rick Sanders of Bradford, Shawn Rue of Greenvile; sister, Rose Henry of Versailles; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Monday at St. Denis Catholic Church, Versailles with Father James Duell celebrating. Interment Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, Covington with military honors provided by the Veteran Elite Tribute Squad.. Visitation 2-6 PM Sunday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford.
