Dale Allen Hill

Dale Allen Hill, age 84 of Bradford, passed away Monday, September 23, 2019 at the State of the Heart Hospice Inpatient Unit, Greenville.  Dale was born in Piqua on July 27, 1935 to the (late) Floyd & Gladys (Trydle) Hill; was a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1954; retired from Ford Motor Company, Michigan with 30 years of service; a member of the Bradford Church of the Brethren; loved fishing, painting pictures and model cars; an avid Michigan Wolverine fan; loved the Cleveland Browns, NASCAR and any kind of racing.  Preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Timmy Phillips; brother, Jerry Hill; and sister, Evelyn Dembski.  Dale is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Dixie J. Hill; his children, David & Nikki Hill of Union City, OH, Debra & Jeff Uhrick of Winchester, IN, Mike & Teena Hill of Fairborn, OH, Robin & Darren Boggs of Quincy, OH, Diane Hill of Bradford, Mary Phillips of Gettysburg, Mark Hill of Bradford, Christina Murphy of Sidney, Bobby Hill of Bradford, Jennifer & Jeremy Collier of Franklin, OH, Emmanuel Hill of Piqua; 26 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Betty Jo & Tom Bahleda of Ponce Inlet, FL; his dog, Stubby; other relatives and friends.  Celebration of Life Gathering on October 26, 2019 at the Bradford Community Club from 3-7 PM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home to help with final expenses.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
