Deborah L. “Deb” Kesler, age 66 of Sidney, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Vancrest of New Carlisle.  She was born in Piqua on January 17, 1951 to the (late) Judson Harold & Dorothea (Harrison) Minnich; was a homemaker who loved to bake, read and crochet. Deb was a wonderful grandma and mother.  Preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Mary Minnich, Sherry Minnich, Eilene Minnich; and brother, Larry Minnich.  Deb is survived by her husband of 51 years, Marvin L. Kesler; two daughters, Sherry Bayless Skeens & John Skeens of Piqua and Teresa Miller of New Carlisle; four grandchildren, Dustin Miller, Amber Bayless, Caleb Bayless, and Stephanie Miller; five great-grandchildren, Maison Miller, Annabelle Price, Colten Miller, Hunter Moon, and Jenson Miller; four sisters, Connie & Ralph Etter of Bradford, Gloria Dershem of Arcanum, Sue Abney of Sidney, Portia Nowlin of Texas; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Funeral service 1:00 PM Saturday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford.  Interment Harris Creek Cemetery, Bradford.  Visitation will be 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
