Henry Charles Anderson Jr

Henry Charles Anderson Jr, age 87, of Covington, died Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.  He was born July 16, 1930 in Keene, New Hampshire to the late Henry Charles Sr & Hazel (Stauffer) Anderson; a graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1953; a U.S.Army Veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict; retired from NCR where he worked as a machinist for 23 years; a 50 year member of the F&AM, Franklin Lodge #14, Troy; he loved fishing, hunting, gardening & mowing.

Preceded in death by his parents; & brother, Howard Anderson.

Henry is survived by his wife of 63 years, Janice E (Meyer) Anderson; 3 children, Scott Lee (Lisa) Anderson of Martinsville, IN, Ginger (Rob) Belmaggio of Covington & Steve (Heidi) Anderson of Covington; 9 grandchildren, Dylan (Bree) Anderson, Lindsey Frantz, Wesley (Ashley) Anderson, Sarabeth Anderson, Summer Anderson, Jenna Belmaggio, Nathaniel Anderson, Jacob Belmaggio & Nehemiah Anderson; great grandson, Teddy Anderson; 2 brothers, Leroy (Mary Lou) Anderson of NC, Sherwood (Melanie) Anderson of AZ; brother-in-law, Joe (Janice) Meyer of Covington; sister-in-law, Virginia Kiser of Covington; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Covington Christian Church, 115 North Pearl St, in the basement with a luncheon to follow. Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
