Nevil Fay Wamsley, age 78, of Piqua, died Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the Hospice Unit at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born May 23, 1940 in Sandy Hook, KY to the late Bonnie & Lexie (Young) Cantrell; retired from Copeland; loved flowers & her family.
Preceded in death by her parents; brother, Daniel Cantrell; & 4 sisters, Brenda Cantrell, Kathy Fuller, Maxine Phillips & Shanda Cantrell.
Nevil is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Ernest Wamsley; 2 sons, Rodney (Charlene) Howard of Houston & Fred (Vickie) Howard of Treasure Island, FL; daughter, Crystal Howard of Piqua; 4 grandchildren, Keesha Howard of Piqua, Charity (Bryan) Young-Klingler of Piqua, Jeremy (Katie) Howard of Troy & Fredrick Howard of Cincinnati; 2 great granddaughters, Macy Klingler & Hayden Howard; 7 brothers, Joe (Christine), Buel (Sue), Denzil (Alma), Roy, Jimmy, Scotty & Jeff Cantrell, all of West Liberty, KY; 2 sisters, Bonnie (Jim) Loraine of Sidney & Shirley (Dale) Dershem of Covington; & a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
Graveside Service will be held Saturday at 11am at Highland Cemetery, Covington. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County. Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
