Scott Allen Frantz, age 55 of Bradford, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 at his home. Scott was born in Troy on August 31, 1962 to Jack & Janet (Schellenbarg) Frantz; a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1981; a member of the Covington Eagles Aerie #3998; had previously worked in construction, masonry, concrete, septic systems; contracted a flesh-eating disease that cost him his legs in 2000 and never heard him complain not once; old school – true country boy and loved his country music; loved the Lifetime Channel on television; was an avid NCIS and Monk watcher; loved staying in garage – changing oil and hanging with his friends having a beer. Scott is survived by his parents, Jack & Janet Frantz of Bradford; his wife of 18 years, Donna (Flannery) Frantz; daughter, Lindsey Frantz of Cincinnati; three step-daughters, Samantha & Luke Hafer of Bradford, Alexandria Bashore of Piqua, Brittney & Dustin Harvey of KY; three grandchildren, Caden Harvey, Colton Harvey, Hudson Michael Hafer; brother and sister-in-law, Jack & Melinda Frantz of Bloomer; sister and brother-in-law, Leisa & Mark Brandt of Bradford; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service 11 AM Friday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor John Shelton officiating. Interment Highland Cemetery, Covington.
