Wanda L. Chalmers, age 68 of Greenville, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at State of the Heart Hospice Unit at Wayne Hospital, Greenville.  Wanda was born in Dayton on April 7, 1949 to the (late) John E. & Lottie (Warner) Waymire; was a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1967; past teacher’s aide at Gettysburg and Anthony Wayne Schools; and President of Family Support for the National Guard of Piqua.  Wanda loved flowers, gardening, and her dogs.  Preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Marcia Brown and Jean Selby; and three brothers, Ron, John, and Dan Waymire.  Wanda is survived by her husband of 49 years, Robert L. Chalmers Jr.;  four children and their spouses, Minnie & Kirt Fletcher of Greenville, Robert L. III & Christina Chalmers of Greenville, Meredith & Clyde Smith of Greenville, Wendalynn & Darin Young of Arcanum; 14 grandchildren, Justin & Jessica Fletcher, Jordan Fletcher & fiancé, Lee Duncan, Madison Fletcher, Cassandra & Pat Rehmert, Christin Chalmers, Danielle Chalmers, Christian Chalmers, Logan Chalmers, Sarah Smith, Hannah Smith, Charlotta Smith, Kayla Young, Krystal & Josh Fasick,  & Jarin Young; nine great-grandchildren, Silas, Benson, Bronx, Brilei, Bostyn, Jesse, Emilee, Robert, & Joe Jr.; brother and sister-in-law, Don & Carolyn Waymire of Versailles; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Charlotte & Loren Ellis of Yorkshire, Faye & Chris Liebl of Troy; her two loving companions, her dogs, Angel & Piper; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
