Andrew "Andy" J. Miller

Andrew “Andy” J. Miller, age 90 of Piqua, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023 at the Ayden Healthcare of Piqua.  Andy was born in Rossburg, OH on June 17, 1933 to the (late) Homer & Amelia Mildred (Rose) Miller; a graduate of Bradford High School; had previously worked on an Oil Rig, 26 years of service with Miller-Meteor Company, Piqua and retired with 13 years of service from Clopay, Russia; was a previous member of the AMVETS Post #66, Covington and Covington Eagles Aerie #3998.  Preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Rose M. (Honel) Miller in 2018; five sisters, Opal Lutz, Dorothy McCune, Ellie Miller, Ruth Victor, and Marjorie Matthew; and six brothers, Infant Robert Miller, Infant Harold Dean Miller, Lester Miller, Ralph “Pug” Miller, Walter “Buck” Miller, and Marion Miller.  Andy is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, John & Gale Miller of Piqua; grandson, Christopher Earl & Mindy Ward of Piqua; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn & Tyler; brother and sister-in-law, Gerald & Lillie Miller of Piqua; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Funeral Service 1:30 PM Wednesday at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington.  Visitation 12:30 PM Wednesday until time of service Wednesday, at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
