Bonnie Sue Owens, age 79 of Covington, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025 at her home. Bonnie was born in Piqua on November 25, 1945 to the (late) Melburne & Mary (Williams) Jacquemin; a graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1963; worked for Market Fresh for 13 years; worked at Quality Forms, Piqua for 15 years; was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Covington; enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Reds and her stories (soap operas); but she truly loved watching her twin grandsons when they were younger. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alton Lee Owens; son, Todd Owens; and brother, Bob Jacquemin. Bonnie is survived by her son, Ty Owens of Covington; grandsons, twins, Dylan & Cole Owens, Tyler Owens, and Carter Owens; two great-grandchildren, Landon Owens and Lemon Owens; two sisters-in-law, Sue & Sam Wyrick of Troy and Kay & Grant Branson of Piqua; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. Bonnie wanted no public services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Covington Fire & Rescue. Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
