Candace "Candy" Miller Obituary

Candace “Candy” I. (Eichelberger) Miller of Greenville, passed peacefully from this life in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County in Troy after a brief period of illness.

Candy was born on April 29, 1971 in Piqua to the late Ronald E. and Janice M. (Sargent) Eichelberger.  She spent most of her childhood in Covington before relocating to Piqua for many years and finally settling in Greenville.  On December 9, 2006, she married the love of her life, Jeff Miller who survives her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Timothy Eichelberger and Terry Scott Eichelberger, and her niece, Tiffany Eichelberger.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by seven siblings: Debbie (Terry) Moore of Piqua, Will Eichelberger of Eaton, Harold Eichelberger of Greenville, Roberta (Kevin) Profitt of Greenville, Patrick (Patricia) Eichelberger of Greenville, Crystal (Rick) Terry of Sidney, Daniel (Corina) Eichelberger of Greenville.  She is also Survived by the nieces and nephews she loved so much in life: Ashley Strader, Latrisha Brookey, Dustin Profitt, Cassie Profitt, Kyle Eichelberger, Tara Davis, Kyarra Eichelberger, James Beckerle, Karissa Eichelberger, Heather Eichelberger, Jadon Eichelberger, Nicolas Eichelberger, Kenan Eichelberger, Noah Eichelberger, Mercedes Eichelberger and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Candy had no children of her own.  She poured out her loved unconditionally on her nieces and nephews.  She especially enjoyed spending time with great-nieces, Kaylee Prince and Lydia Brookey.  She loved Country Music, Tweetie Bird, and the Dallas Cowboys.  A major highlight for her was being in Texas within the last few years to watch them play in real life.

The family feels her loss so very deeply.  Though death is horrible, it cannot destroy the power of love and the gift of memory.  We will hold her in our hearts forever.
