Carolyn A. Kendall

Carolyn A. Kendall, age 83 of Bradford, passed away Friday, May 30, 2025 at her home.  Carolyn was born in Monroe Township, Darke County on August 18, 1941 to the (late) Hubert Monroe & Elsie Irina (Coppess) Christman; was a graduate of Gettysburg High School, Class of 1959; worked for many years at Sears in Customer Service and Catalog Sales; attended the former Bradford United Methodist Church; was a fan of the Indianapolis 500; past member of the Covington Eagles Aerie #3998; loved spending time in her flower beds; enjoyed fishing and doing puzzle books; but mostly she loved spending time with her family.  Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul E. Kendall of 53 years in 2012; and two sisters, Norma Jean Brant and Barbara Louise Pettit.  Carolyn is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda & Kevin Scott of Covington, her son, Rex Kendall and girlfriend, Tracy Post of Ansonia; three grandchildren, Anna Hoffman and Charlie Hollis, Benjamin Cornett, Angela & Ryan Neiswander; five great-grandchildren, Alexis Neiswander, Haidyn Tully, Eli Hoffman, Olivia Neiswander and Audrey Neiswander; her dog, Duke “her baby”; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Visitation at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford from 12 Noon – 2:00 PM Thursday, after which, we will go in a procession for a Graveside Service and Interment at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, Covington.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bradford Summer Smiles.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
