Christopher Ray Rue, age 42 of Greenville, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021 at his home. Christopher was born in Piqua on March 9, 1979 to Kevin Ray Rue and Jody Johnston; worked for FRAM, Greenville; enjoyed fishing with his family in the past; avid race fan and loved going to Eldora Speedway; an avid sports fan of all sports especially the Cleveland Browns and Michigan football. Preceded in death by his father, Kevin Ray Rue; sister, Shawna L. Rue-Ressler; and granddaughter, Aliza Hardin. Christopher is survived by his mother, Jody Johnston of Belgrade, Montana; wife, Lisa Ganim; children, Tesla Fox, Bailey Hardin & Gabby Hall, Abbegail Hissong of Union City, OH; grandchildren, Delilah Hardin, Avyanna Werling, one on the way, Baby Boy Hardin, Zaylah Morton & Jaeden Hissong; siblings, Jeremy & Jona Rue of Frenchtown, Nick Neal of Greenville, Cassandra Turner of Bellefontaine; nieces and nephews, Brianna, Rayna, & Jonathan Rue, Aaron & Destiny Bowlin; his dog, Ebboney; and other relatives and friends. Visitation 2-6 PM Thursday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to help with final expenses.
