Connie Lynn Welbaum

Connie Lynn Welbaum, age 77 of Covington, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023 at Stillwater Nursing Facility, Covington.  Connie was born in Troy on September 4, 1946 to the (late) Kenneth R. & Loretta Fay (Dean) Welbaum; had received her Associate Degree in Education; worked for six years at Behr (Chrysler), Dayton; worked for 13 years at Hobart Mfg., Troy; a member of First Baptist Church of Vandalia; she loved exercising and walking at the YMCA when she was able.  Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joseph Thomas Moyer in 2003; and her daughter Heidi Moyer in 2013.  Connie is survived by her daughter, Heather Moyer of Mishawaka, IN; three grandchildren, Gage Kyle, Jessie Kyle & Carlos Florez; five great-grandchildren; and friends.  Thanks to the staff at Stillwater for giving Connie loving care.
