David "Dago" Allen Gragg

David “Dago” Allen Gragg, age 74 of Covington, passed away Sunday at Kettering Health Main Campus.  David was born in Piqua on July 1, 1952 to the (late) Hugh & Ruth (Ellis) Gragg; a graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1980 and was an owner/operator truck driver for Holland Trucking and Advanced Transportation; and recently drove the bus for Miami County Transit.  He was a charter member of the Covington Eagles Aerie #3998; a master tinkerer in his garage; collected Case knives; enjoyed watching hot rod cars and drag racing; and he loved eagles.  Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ruth Ann Shafer; and brother, Herb Gragg.  David is survived by his wife of 37 years, Darlene Patricia (Carr) Gragg; daughter, Patricia Gragg and Brian Evans of Covington; son, Tony Gragg and Missy Cope of Covington; two grandchildren, Kyla Gragg and Kaleb Gragg; sister, Judy Smith of Covington; his pet companions, dog, Little Man  and cat, Bella; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  Celebration of Life at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington on Saturday, August 15th from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.  Condolences may be shared with the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
