Delora "Dee" Lee (Shoffner) Wimmer

Delora “Dee” Lee (Shoffner) Wimmer, age 74 of Bradford, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at her home.  Dee was born in Miami County on July 25, 1949 to the (late) Junior Leroy & Leona Joan (Rank) Shoffner; a graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1967; retired with 31 years of service from Quality Forms; a member of Common Ground Christian Church, Bradford; was known as “Secretary Dee” for 12 ½ years at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford; was an avid reader; and enjoyed watching her grandchildren’s sports, band, activities and events.  Preceded in death by her parents; and sister and brother-in-law, Sheryl Elaine & James H. Laughman.  Dee is survived by her husband of 57 years, David “Dave” Lee Wimmer; her three children, Kelli Wimmer of Troy, Robin & husband, Steve Beckstedt of Bradford, and David Wimmer Jr. of Piqua; grandchildren, Danielle Pottenger, David Scott Wimmer & Tanya Rutherford, Samantha Jo & Ryan Miller, Tony Petrofes & fiancée, Taylor Sutton, Tyler Wimmer & Nichole Greentaner, and Sarah Beckstedt; great-grandchildren, Sadi, Mason, Jackson, Addison, Paisley, Hayes, and a great-granddaughter on the way, Nova; brother and sister-in-law, Terry & Michele Shoffner of St. Marys; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Funeral Service 10:00 AM Monday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor John Shelton officiating.  Interment Highland Cemetery, Covington.  Visitation 5-7 PM Sunday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Everheart Hospice, Greenville.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
