Donald L. Magoto

Donald L. Magoto, age 81 of Bradford, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021 at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.  Donald was born in Versailles on February 28, 1940 to the (late) Arthur & Margaret Teckla (Bernholt) Magoto; a graduate of Bradford High School., Class of 1959; retired with 22 years of service from Spinnaker Coating, Troy; previously worked at Miller-Meteor, Piqua with 20 years of service; a farmer all his life; a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Bradford; he loved farming, his kids, grandkids and great-grandkids; he would help anyone at any time.  Preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 53 years, Betty L. Magoto in 2014; and daughter, Mary Lou Magoto.  Donald is survived by his four children, Mike & Cynda Magoto of Troy, Connie & Tim Shafer of Bradford, Mark & Suzie Magoto of Bradford, Gina Marie & Randy of Bradford; 12 grandchildren, Ashley & Matt Richard, Dylan Magoto, Logan Magoto, Tyler Shafer, Cody & Tabitha  Shafer, Sara & C.J. Foster, Megan Magoto, Emily & Zachary Baumgardner, Rachel Magoto, Austin Bubeck, Dalton Bubeck, & Macy Bubeck; 15 great-grandchildren; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara Caldwell of Covington, Rita & Jack Byram of Bradford, Helen & Daryl Huelskamp of Bradford, Nancy Stocker of Covington; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Private Services at the convenience of the family.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
