Donald L. Miller, Jr.

Donald L. Miller, Jr., age of 72 of Gettysburg, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Wayne Hospital, Everheart Hospice, Greenville.  Donald was born in Darke County on December 29, 1951 to the (late) Donald L. Miller Sr. & Catherine Marie (Aldora) Miller Apple; worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Corning for 30+ years; loved watching the History Channel and Supernatural Shows; made many paracord crosses and keychains; and was a Cincinnati Reds fan.  Preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Martin Chester Apple; step-mother, Donna Crawford Miller; brother-in-law, Duane Pearson; and his dog, Brooklyn.  Donald is survived by his five children, Christopher Lee & Lisa Miller of Gettysburg, Brenda & Kirby Bradley of Gettysburg, Jackie & Philip Rehmert of Greenville; James Charles & Julie Miller of Arcanum; step-son, Jeremy Frantz of Florida; grandchildren, Bryant & Maggie Miller, Natasha & Jett Neaves, Seth & Heidi Miller, Lance & Payten Miller, Ariel Zeiler, Mark Zeiler, Austin Bradley, Ty Bradley, Brandon Bradley, Mackenzie Rehmert, Chloe Rehmert, Tylend Rehmert, Austin Rehmert Kara Rehmert, Lukus Miller, Tysyn Miller, Cheyenne Swisher, Carolina Miller, Lexie Frantz; great-grandchildren, Allie, Myla, Nash, Crew, Holden, Kollin, Oakley, Everlee, Kingston, Sawyer, Mia and one on the way; brother and sister-in-law, Bradley & Jeanne Miller of Gettysburg; sister, Deanna Pearson of Greenville; step-brother, Mike & Brenda Crawford of Greenville; step-sister, Julie Crawford Knose of Greenville; his cat, Goober; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Celebration of Life Service 4:00 PM Sunday, November 10th at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Chaplain Todd Reish officiating.  Gathering of Family and Friends 2:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home.  If desired, contributions may be made to the Preble County Humane Society.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
