Frederick "Fred/Pops" L. Gephart

Frederick “Fred/Pops” L. Gephart, age 67 of Covington, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the Upper Valley Medical Center.  Fred was born in Piqua on March 25, 1953 to the (late) Raymond & Virginia (Ingle) Gephart; retired with 38+ years of service from Francis & Schulze, Russia; a member of the Bradford Community Club; enjoyed boating, fishing, and woodworking; and loved riding his motorcycle. Preceded in death by his parents and step-mother, Charlotte Faye Gephart and his wife of 39 years, Marcia A. Gephart in 2018.  Fred is survived by his children, Jason & Christy Beireis of Piqua, Eric & Christy Beireis of Bradford, Angel & Richie Jay of Bradford, Lori & Joe Utegg of Ripley, Stephanie & Ernie Jones of Bradford, David Millet of Covington; 13 grandchildren, Kali Higgs, Logan Linn, Shane Cornett, Nylani Beireis, Hunter Beireis, Caden Jay, Cayla Jay, Brennen Seifring, E.J. Jones, Shawn Jones, A.J. Utegg, Daylon Utegg, Abby Millet; five great-grandchildren, Oliver Perkins, Salem Williams, Raquel Lutz, Nova Linn Zumbrugel, and Amelia Knight; brother, Herbert Gephart of Covington; sister, Louann Gephart of Covington; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.  Visitation Monday 10-12 Noon at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford.  A Graveside service will follow at Harris Creek Cemetery, Bradford.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
