Jaxson Lee Barnhart

Jaxson Lee Barnhart, six-month-old infant son of Chance F. Jr. & Mandie M. (Barnes) Barnhart of Piqua, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Columbus. Jaxson was born on September 5, 2020 along with his twin brother, Kolt Allen Barnhart. Preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Doug “Pappy” Ray & great-grandfather, Roger McAvoy.  Jaxson is survived by his parents, Chance & Mandie; twin brother, Kolt; paternal grandparents, Chance F. & Kristi Barnhart of Covington, Traci Denise of Anna; maternal grandparents, Heidi & Patrick Cox of Troy, Michael & Karen Barnes of Troy; great-grandparents, Sue McAvoy of Jackson Center, Douglas & Patricia James of Covington, Joe & Kim Moore of Bradford, Lucinda “Cindy” & Warren “Rick” Denise of Sidney, Elizabeth Ray of Troy, Jerry Sturgeon of New Carlisle; aunts and uncles, Sarah Barnhart, Dylan Barnhart, Lexi Smith, Courtney Cox, Bethany Cox, Brooke Barnes & fiancé, Dustin Freeman, Tala, Allonna, Leiyhana, Calysta Barnes, Halley Carroll, & Bailey Cox; and other relatives.  Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington with Pastor Dale Adkins officiating.  Visitation will be 3:00 PM Saturday until time of service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Chance or Mandie Barnhart to help with future expenses.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
