Jeanine S. Frank

Jeanine S. Frank, age 70 of Covington, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital.  Jeanine was born in Troy on November 19, 1954 to the (late) David Nicodemus and Betty (Victor) Weaver; was a graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1973; retired with 40+ years from Hobart Brothers; enjoyed watching Renegade, Matlock, Murder She Wrote and Black and White Turner Classic movies and of course, her soap operas.  She was a fan of the Cleveland Browns and she enjoyed doing Search Word Puzzles and reading biographies; and she loved her some Bath & Body!!  Preceded in death by her father, David Nicodemus; her mother and step-father, Betty & Duane Weaver.  Jeanine is survived by her step-mother, Nancy Nicodemus; her husband of 20 years, Richard “Scott” Frank; her brother and sister-in-law, Dave & Kelly Nicodemus; her niece and her husband, Carly & Josh Russell and their son, Christian Russell; her nephew, Daniel Nicodemus and his son, Hayden Nicodemus and grandson, Gracyn; aunt, Jeannette Fisher; step-brothers, Randy & Debbie Weaver, Greg & Cindy Weaver, Ray Weaver; step-sister, Melinda Weaver & Allen; her beloved dogs, Lucy & Eddie; other relatives and friends.  Funeral Service 12 Noon Monday at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington with Rev. Richard Sedgwick officiating.  Interment Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, Covington.  Visitation 10:00 AM Monday until time of service at the funeral home.  If desired, contributions may be made to the University of Cincinnati Hospital, Kidney Foundation.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
