Jeff David Minnich

Jeff David Minnich, age 62 of Covington, Ohio, passed away Thursday, August 17th, 2023 at Ohio Hospice of Miami County, Troy.  Jeff was born in Miami County on August 13, 1961 to James Richard Minnich & Joyce Ann Minnich (Walker); a graduate of Covington High School, and JVS, Class of 1980; Jeff was a long-term employee of 20 plus years of the former BF Goodrich (Raytheon) in Troy, OH. 

Preceded in death by his father, James Richard Minnich, his uncle, Tommy Walker, and his past animals.  Jeff is survived by his Wife, Lora Kinney, his brother-in-law, Kevin Wintrow, sister and brother in-law, Robert & Leslie Parker; step-children,  Victoria Kinney (husband, Francisco Mejicanos) and Dustin Kinney (wife, Krystal Kinney).

His mother, Joyce Ann Minnich; his brother, Jerry Minnich; sister, Janelle Steinke (Minnich) and many nieces, nephews, grandkids, relatives, and friends. 

Jeff was a lover of the great outdoors, deer and duck hunting, fishing, and anything to do with camouflage.  He shared his passions all his life with his nieces, nephews, grandkids, and friends’ kids by sharing with them his love of boating, motorcycle and tractor rides. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Covington Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie #3998 where Jeff was a lifelong member and Vice President, on Sunday, August 27th from 1:00PM till 4:00PM.
