Jerry Junior Sanders, age 56 of Piqua, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023 at the Upper Valley Medical Center ER, Troy. Jerry was born in Piqua on September 25, 1966 to the (late) Jerry Eugene Sanders Sr. & Annabelle (Huffnagle) Smith; a graduate of Piqua High School, Class of 1985; a machinist at Pella, Troy; loved motorcycles; and was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan. Jerry is survived by his four children, Alisha & James Moses of Piqua, Alexis and Christopher Day of Piqua, Jerry Gene Sanders of Piqua, and Grace Sanders of Stanley, NC; four grandchildren, Nova Jean Day, Kobe Ray Nance, Heather Jones & Ava Jones; his girlfriend, Debbie Boyd of Piqua; brother and sister-in-law, Jason & Katie Smith of New Carlisle; mother of his children, Debbie Wilson of Piqua; other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life/Gathering of Family and Friends at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington on Tuesday, September 5th from 5-7 PM.
