Jordon Eric Ingle, age 82 of Bradford, passed away, Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Ohio Hospice of Miami County. Jordon was born in Greenville on May 12, 1943 to the (late) Velma Irene (Mann) Ingle; graduated from Bradford High School, Class of 1961; was an U.S. Navy Veteran serving from 14Dec1961-30June1966. Served as Navigation Electronics Technician aboard Nuclear Ballistic Missile Submarine U.S.S. Stonewall Jackson SS’B’N-634. He worked at Mare Island Naval Shipyard, Vallejo, CA from October, 1966 to May 2, 1993; employed as Electronics Technician then Shop Planner in the Ocean Engineering-Special Projects department, until retirement. Jordon returned to Ohio in November of 1993 (New Paris) then to Bradford, June of 2005. Jordon was an avid fisherman; enjoyed baking, candy making, canning, and making noodles, winning numerous awards at Preble County Fair and Bradford Pumpkin Show and was employed as the baker for New Madison Fort Black Restaurant. In the past, he volunteered at Bradford Church of the Brethren Community Kitchen and Bradford Resource Center Pantry. Jordon was a member of AARP, Bradford Alumni Association, Bradford Ohio Railroad Museum, Johnson Farm and Indian Agency Friends Council, and Bradford Community Club. Preceded in death by his mother, Velma Ingle in 2021; sister, Janet Elleman in 2008; and three brothers, Jerome “Frank” Ingle in 2007, Jeffrey Ingle in 2003, and Jon Ingle in 2025. Jordon is survived by his three children and their spouses, Joyce E. & Richard “Rick” Pobanz of Green River, Wyoming, Keith & Janella Ingle of Templeton, California, Alicia Ingle of Fairborn, OH; four grandchildren, Emily & Scott Anderson, Ashley Ingle, Megan Ingle, and Melissa Ingle; two great-grandchildren, Jett Anderson and Aurelius Kelly; sister, Joyce Monnin of Piqua; very close niece, Karen Setser of Troy; sister-in-law, Tana Ingle of Piqua; numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life at Bradford Community Club on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 5-8 PM.
