Judy Yingst Obituary

Judy E. Yingst age 80 of Covington, passed away Friday, August 11, 2023 at her home.  Judy was born in Piqua on June 2, 1943 to the (late) Gail E. Reeder & Edith P. (Shoffner) Bretz; retired in 2009 from Crane Pumps, Piqua and had previously worked at Aerovent, Piqua; loved going to the casino; and loved playing Bingo and cards.  Preceded in death by her parents; husband who she married on August 18, 1988, Lowell F. Yingst in 2015; daughter, Carol E. Firestone; and sister, Janice K. York.  Judy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Julie M. Lowe-Alaslouti and husband, Hasan M. Alaslouti of Covington; son, Richard E. Firestone of Cookeville, TN; grandchildren, Megan M. Lowe, Morgan R. Lowe, Logan B. Lowe, and Leanna Firestone; great-granddaughter, Alana R. Seipel; and her dog, Lady.  Funeral Service 1:00 PM Friday at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington with Pastor Nick Church officiating.  Interment Highland Cemetery, Covington.  Visitation will be 10:00 AM Friday until time of service.  If desired, contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 8069 Washington Village Drive, Dayton, OH 45458.   Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
