Kathy K. (Adams) Miller

Kathryn “Kathy” K. Adams Miller, age 71 of Covington, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Ohio Hospice of Miami County,  Kathy was born in Troy on January 3, 1953 to the (late) Maurice “Mose” & Esther (Exman) Adams; a graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1971; had previously worked at Piqua Baptist Church as their secretary; previously worked for many years at Stanley, Covington; a member of the Covington Church of the Brethren; member and past president of the Covington Newberry Historical Society; involved with the Seniors Alive program; enjoyed crocheting and lately painting rocks; most of all, she dearly loved her nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.  Preceded in death by her parents; husband of 49 years, Joel Clifford Miller in 2023; and nephew, Chad Adams.  Kathy is survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry & Alana Adams, Kenny & Connie Adams; sister and brother-in-law, Annette & Tom Francis; sister-in-law, Donna Lynn Gayhart; nieces and nephews, Jodi Adams, Lucas Moyer, Brandon (Christina) Moyer, Brittany Adams & Craig Wendel, Logan (Jessica) Adams, Clete (Holly) Francis, Sara Francis, Greg Gayhart, Mandy Gayhart; great-nieces and great-nephews, Keelin, Zoey, Eva, Kelsey, Austin, Allison, Madison, McKenzie, Caiden, Kendale, Quinten, Jacob, Liddie, Haisley, Logan, McKenna, Carter, Cadence, Maria, Terrell, Anthony, Aleeyah, & Kianna; and her dog, Diva .  Funeral Service 10:00 AM Thursday at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington with Pastor Mike Yingst officiating.  Interment Highland Cemetery, Covington. Visitation 4-7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Covington Fire & Rescue, Covington Newberry Historical Society, or Ohio Hospice of Miami County.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
