Luella Mae Reck, age 92 of Bradford, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at StoryPoint in Troy. Luella was born in Troy on February 25, 1932 to the (late) J.D. & Irene Opal (Stockslager) Heisey; was a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1950; was a homemaker; a member of Common Ground Christian Church, Bradford; enjoyed bowling and playing cards; also enjoyed sewing, working with flower arrangements, crafting and canning; but most of all, she loved her family. Preceded in death by her parents; husband of 62 years, Tom Louis Reck in 2013; son, Chris W. Reck; brother, Charles Heisey; and many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Luella is survived by her children and their spouses, Keith A. & Wanda Reck of Bradford, Kimberly L. & Richard Mowery of Bradford; daughter-in-law, Sheri Reck of Sidney; six grandchildren, Jennifer & Bob Coppock, Jason & Angela Reck, John Reck, Chris & Ericka Reck, Beth & Jarrett Reeder, and Eric & Jeana Fine; great-grandchildren, Alisha & Colton Church, Austin Lear & Megan Burk, Dillon, Macie, & Dalton Reck, Brenden & Brice Reck, Taylor & Harley Manson, Elliott & Emmett Reeder; six great-great-grandchildren, Theodore & Magnolia Church, Jaxson & Kennedy Lear, Sawyer Reck, Asher Reck; sister, Bernice Davis of Covington; brother, Donald Heisey of Bradford, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service 12:00 Noon Friday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor John Shelton and Herb Lear officiating. Interment Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, Covington.
