Marilyn Ruth Warner

Marilyn Ruth Warner, age 89 of St. Marys, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Otterbein St. Marys.  Marilyn was born in Covington on June 29, 1934 to the (late) Frank C. & Alice A. (Murray) Ebberts; was a Newton High School graduate, Class of 1952; worked as a nurse at Dettmer, Troy and various other places; was a member of Bradford Church of the Nazarene; was a 4-H Leader for many years; and she enjoyed sewing, cooking, canning and freezing.  Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jimmie Lee Warner in 2011; daughter, Sandy Warner; son-in-law, Don Kindell; and sister, Maxine Haines.  Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Kindell of Celina; two grandsons, Timothy Owen & Riane Bowers and Dr. Jonathan Robert Bowers; other relatives and friends.  Celebration of Life Service 12 Noon Saturday, June 15th at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington with Pastor Chris Riffle officiating. Visitation 11:00 AM Saturday, June 15th until time of service.  Interment Highland Cemetery, Covington.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Grand Lake Hospice of Celina Church of the Nazarene.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
