Marsha Louise Leistner, age 74 of Bradford, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022 at her home. Marsha was born in Dayton on August 15, 1947 to George M. Major and Bertha (Lewis) Major Hatcher; a graduate of Newton High School, Class of 1966; had previously worked at Garbry Ridge Assisted Living as a Resident Associate and Hobart Brothers in the Electronics Department for 20 years; she owned and operated her own flower shop “Flowers by Marsha” in Bradford for many years; attended the Greenville Creek Christian Church, Bradford; and was a member of CRS Club of Troy. Preceded in death by her father, George Major; step-father, Bill Hatcher; infant brother, Sam Major; and husband of 49 years, Donald P. Leistner in 2021. Marsha is survived by her mother, Bertha “Dot” Hatcher of Piqua; two daughters and sons-in-law, Monica & Brad Fellers of Fletcher and Sara & Nathan Underwood of Urbana; four grandchildren, Kiera & husband, Colby Chrisman, Kyle Fellers, Ashley Good, and Ayden Underwood; sister and brother-in-law, Sue & Elliott Johnson of Arizona; brother and sister-in-law, Mike & Jane Major of Urbana; step-brother, Mike Hatcher of Beavercreek, OH; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James “Jim” & Louanne Leistner of Greenville; other relatives and many friends. Memorial Service 7:00 PM Wednesday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor Daryl Peeples officiating. Visitation 5:00 PM Wednesday until time of service.
