Michelle Kathleen Kuether

Michelle Kathleen Kuether, age 52 of Covington, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Ohio Hospice of Miami County.  Michelle was born in Coldwater on November 13, 1973 to the (late) William “Bill” & Janice (Hemmelgarn) Berger; was a graduate of Marion Local High School, Class of 1992 and a received her Bachelor’s Degree from Xavier University in 1996.  She was a Teacher’s Aide at Covington Schools; a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church, Covington where she was an Instructor and Leader of CCD classes.  Michelle enjoyed gardening flowers and vegetables; her passion was music; enjoyed camping; and watching The Ohio State University football team and the Cincinnati Reds.  Michelle’s greatest love was spending time with her family.  Preceded in death by her parents; infant sister, Kathleen Berger; brother, Gerald “Gary” Berger; sister-in-law, Tricia Berger; and mother-in-law, Evelyn Kuether.  Michelle is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Anton “Tony” Kuether; her five children, Bernard “Ben” Kuether and fiancée, Abby Diller, Matthew Kuether, Thomas “Tom” Kuether, Elizabeth “Beth” Kuether and James Kuether, all of Covington; siblings, Karen & John Hilgefort of Versailles, Roger & Amy Berger of Plains City, OH, Rodney Berger of Botkins; sister-in-law, Angie &  Ted Weaver of Sidney; father-in-law, Donald Kuether of Covington; sister-in-law, Carol & Bob Tipton of Minster; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.  Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at 10:30 AM  at St. Teresa’s Catholic Church, Covington with Father Eric Bowman and Father James Duell con-celebrating.  Interment Highland Cemetery, Covington.  Visitation 4- 8 PM Monday at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington and again 9:30 – 10:15 with Prayers to follow on Tuesday and go in procession to the church.  Condolences may be shared with the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
