Nancy Kathleen Flory

Nancy Kathleen Flory, age 83 of Covington, passed away Friday, July 12, 2024 at Upper Valley Medical Center ER, Troy.  Nancy was born on November 25, 1940 in Piqua to the (late) Maurice Rae & Margaret Mary (Smith) Eidemiller; was a graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1958; a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church, Covington, where her and her husband, Wayne had their 50th Vow Renewal; an avid reader; she loved cats and all animals; she loved everyone and a friend at Piqua Manor said that no matter how she was feeling, she always had a smile and a hug ready for you.  Preceded in death by her parents; husband of 60 years, Wayne Davis Flory in 2023; and sister, Sharon Borouchoff.  Nancy is survived by “her angel”, Michelle & Ben Garber and their children, Austin Garber and fiancée, Ashton Courtois, Isaiah & Maria Garber, and Navie Garber; brother and sister-in-law, Ed & Lynne Eidemiller; adopted sister, Cinda Gibson; her friend and classmate, Linda; her grand dog, Toretto; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation on Wednesday, July 24th at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.  Procession and Graveside Service to follow to Pleasant Hill Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Miami County Animal Shelter.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
