Nancy Wagoner, age 62 of Piqua, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Nancy was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 25, 1962 to the (late) Robert & Susanne (Armstrong) Riley. She was a homemaker and a member of Piqua Seventh-day Adventist Church. Nancy loved gardening, flowers, and refinishing old furniture. She enjoyed antique automobiles, being outdoors, hunting arrowheads and traveling with her husband. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren. Nancy was well known for her beautiful smile; and kind spirit. She now awaits the glorious call of the Good Shepherd on That Day (Daniel 12:2; 1 Thessalonians 4:13). Preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Billy Riley, Jim Riley, Margaret Rice, and Bobby Riley. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Gerald “Gerry” C. Wagoner, Jr; her two sons and daughter-in-law, Dylan & Amanda Wagoner of Hohenwald, Tennessee and Nathan Wagoner of Troy; her wonderful grandchildren, Johann, Evelyn, Desmond, and Andreas Wagoner; her siblings, Patti Coburn, Blake & Maryanne Riley, John & Dawn Riley, Mary Kate & Bill Peters, Annie & Dean Balsbaugh, Michael Riley, and Erin Eberschoff; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial Service 7:00 PM Thursday at Old German Baptist Brethren Church, 6360 Farrington Road, Covington with Brother Andy Weaver and Conrad Vine officiating.
