Pamela Rae Mills

Pamela Rae Mills, age 53 of Minster, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney.  Pamela was born in Scioto County, OH on July 16, 1971 to Kirk Hill & Patricia DeHart; was a graduate of Belmont High School, was baptized at the Landmark Baptist Church; loved watching movies, especially Hallmark Christmas movies; enjoyed fishing and doing crafts; loved shopping online, especially TEMU; but her biggest love was being around her family.  Pamela is survived by her father, Kirk Hill; mother, Patricia DeHart; her husband of 22 years, William J. “BJ” Mills; her six children, Christian & Brittney Hill, Cody & Gracie Mills, Tiarra & Dave Graham, Jacob & Brittany Leone, Sarrah Leone & Austin Cole; and Brayden Mills; 10 grandchildren; five siblings, Mark Hill, Billy Hill,  Heidi Hill, Cynthia Rutherford and Steffanie Harris; mother-in-law, Barbara Mills; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Funeral Service 1:00 PM Friday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor Dan Scalf officiating.  Interment Harris Creek Cemetery, Bradford.  Visitation 11:00 AM Friday until time of service at the funeral home.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
