Patricia “Pat” L. Hubbard, age 91 of Bradford, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021. She was born and passed in the same room, in the same home that her father built in the 1920’s. Pat was a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1947; she previously had worked as a Bookkeeper for the Bradford Feed Mill, Bookkeeper for her husband’s Furnace Cleaning Business, Bank Teller for Bradford National Bank, and retired as Bus Driver for Anthony Wayne Industries with 30+ years of service; a member of the Bradford United Methodist Church where she was active as a Sunday School Teacher, Choir member and Custodian; Summer Rec Softball Coach for over twenty years; she was a 50-year member of the Bradford Order of the Eastern Star; Assistant for The MaChere’s Twirling Corp; a member of the Miller’s Blackhawk’s Parent’s Association in Dayton; she was very active in her girl’s school activities; very active with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s activities, accompanied by her “Cowbell.” Pat was an avid reader; she loved to drive her red Jeep “pedal to the metal” with her American flag flying!! She organized a family & friends Christmas Choir for years and the entire family, plus close friends performed at area retirement homes. Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles Calvin Hubbard in 2012. Pat is survived by her children, Cherie (Ed) Roeth of Covington, Robin Brown of Versailles, Heidi (Mark) Brown of Bradford, son-in-law, Michael Brown of Versailles; brother, Paul Edwin (Janet) Stover of St. Marys; niece, Diane (Larry) Polhamus; grandchildren, Deana (Shawn) Anderson, Lynnette (Cheryl) Woodward-Roeth, Emily (Christopher) Alexander, Bertram Roeth, Erin (Brian) McKibben, Lindsey (Cody) Ausborn, Jacob Brown, Susan (Kyle) Jones, Abby (Kevin) Williams; great-grandchildren, Michael Anderson, Megan (Jack) Schmiesing, Hannah, Kenzi, & Mickey Anderson, Joe, Zeb, Eli, Shya, & Dax Woodward-Roeth, Allen, Drake, Catie, Patience, Jennifer, Andy, Franklin & Graham Alexander, Dalton Branson, Brody, Davis, & Weston Roeth, Max & Maggie McKibben, Sophia & Malia Ausborn, Amelia, Calvin & Theo Jones, Benjamin & Sarah Williams; great-great-granddaughter, Audrie Anderson; beloved nieces and nephews (all inclusive) are from the Hubbard Side; her most recent special pets, Dumplin, Theo, Molly & Simba; four first cousins from the Stover Side, Gail (Gary) Trump, Douglas (Arlene) Ehlers, Jack (Karen) Morrow, & Susi (Joseph) VanCloostere; the wonderful Caregivers who spent many hours taking care of Mother: Tiffany, Kelli, Sarah, Lindsey, Shani and Mary. Funeral Service 10:30 AM Monday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor John Shelton officiating. Visitation 2-5 PM Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Miami Valley Down Syndrome Association (MVDSA).
