Ralph Dwaine Magee, age 92 of Greenville, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Wayne Hospital, Greenville. Ralph was born in Miami County on May 18, 1932 to the (late) Samuel “Ray” & Ruth (Wintrow) Magee; a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1951; was an U.S. Air Force Staff Seargent Veteran; was the original partner for 30 years of Magee Brothers Construction; a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Greenville; charter member of the Darke County Republican Men’s Club; member of the Covington Eagles Aerie #3998; Greenville Elks member; VFW Greenville member; Adams Township Trustee for many years; and enjoyed woodworking. Preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 70 years, Joyce E. Magee on February 12, 2025; and nine siblings, Galen Magee, Hubert Magee, Robert Magee, Mildred Weikert, Miriam Erbaugh, Alice Haggart, Jim Magee, Glenn Magee, and Don Magee. Ralph is survived by his children, Shawn Magee & Julie Berger of Kettering and Colleen & Jody Pounds of Pensacola, FL; four grandchildren, Tricia & Jeff Hunter, Tyler Pounds, Kaitlyn & Christopher Hill, David Alex Pounds; two great-grandchildren, Xavier Hunter and Waylon Hill; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington from 10:00 AM – 12 Noon, Saturday, April 5th and then go in procession to Greenville Creek Cemetery where there will be a graveside service for both Ralph and Joyce with Pastor Darryl Peeples officiating and Military Honors for Ralph.
