Robin Lee (Victor) Rong

Robin Lee (Victor) Rong, age 71 of Covington, passed away Monday, September 22, 2025 at Ohio Hospice of Miami County.  Robin was born in Troy on November 26, 1953 to the (late) Lawrence & Margaret (Ingle) Victor; a graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1971; had previously worked for Buckeye Insurance Company and “The Shang”.  Robin was a member of the AMVETS Post #66, Covington, the VFW Post #4235, Covington and Covington Eagles Aerie #3998.  She was a fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and enjoyed watching westerns.  Preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 19 years, Paul Rong in 2001; brother, Rodney Victor; and sister-in-law, Tammy Victor.  Robin is survived by her two step-children, Christopher Rong and Amanda Franco and their families; brother, Jay Victor and Annie Harrison of Covington; aunts, Jeanette Fisher and Vicki Ingle; closest friend, Phyllis Bolin; and other relatives and friends.  A Celebration of Life will be held at Covington Eagles Aerie #3998 on October 24th from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at the east side hall.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio Hospice of Miami County.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
