Terry Joe Edwards

Terry Joe Edwards, age 58 of Houston, passed away Monday, January 23, 2023 at his home.  Terry was born in Sidney on February 14, 1964 to John & Louise (Bailey) Edwards; was a graduate of Newton High School, Class of 1982; worked for 20 years as Shipping & Receiving Manager at Harmony Systems and Service; enjoyed racing RC cars; and truly enjoyed working on his house.  Preceded in death by his father, John Edwards; son, Ryan Michael Edwards in 1985; brother, Tim Edwards; step-father, Brian Bunnell; father-in-law, Charles Cotrell; and nephew, Devin Wilkins.  Terry is survived by his wife of 40 years, Carol E. (Cotrell) Edwards; his mother, Louise Edwards of Troy; daughter and son-in-law, Kira & Aaron Westgerdes of Russia; adopted great-niece, Autumn Wilkins, at home; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Tonya & Brian Snapp of Pleasant Hill, Tina & Mark Bunger of Dayton; mother-in-law, Judith Bunnell of Sidney; sister-in-law, Jody Napier of Sidney; two brothers-in-law, Charles Cotrell Jr. of Sidney, Josh & Mandy Napier of Springboro; nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Chloe, Riley, Carter, Jeremy, Amber, Sienna, Rylan, Asley, Vincent, and Aleah; other relatives and friends.  Celebration of Life Service Saturday, February 4th at 2:00 PM at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington with Pastor Gary Wagner Jr. officiating.  Gathering of family and friends 12:00 Noon until time of service.  If desired, contributions may be made to Ohio Hospice of Miami County.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
