Treva F. Stutz, age 95 of Dayton, passed away Friday, January 15, 2021 at her home. Treva was born in Bradford on March 14, 1925 to the (late) Charles H. & Ethel (Brown) Miller; was self-employed and did sewing, ironing, laundry, and babysitting for many people in her neighborhood; she had previously worked at the Canning Company and for the Darke County Board of Elections; she enjoyed working on cars; but loved playing sports with her kids and grandkids. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 60 years, Herbert W. Stutz Jr. in 2011; two sons, Gary L. Miller & Ronnie L. Stutz; grandson, Jordan Jackson; three sons-in-law, David Cline, James E. Myers, Danny Burdine Sr.; daughter-in-law, Carolene Stutz; and numerous brothers and sisters. Treva is survived by her children, Linda Myers of Dayton, Jan Burdine of Dayton, Treva S. Knotts of Virginia Beach, VA, Kenneth W. Stutz of Elizabethtown, KY, and Harold E. Stutz of Dayton; 20 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister, Edith Sprowl of Darke County; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service 12 Noon Saturday, January 23rd at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington. Visitation will be 9 AM Saturday until time of service. Interment Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, Covington. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio Hospice of Dayton. Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
