Amy Sue Butts

Amy Sue Butts, age 54 of Sidney, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020,  at her home.  Amy was born in Troy on October 29, 1965 to the (late) Jerry Edward “Butch” & Claudia Sue (Stocker) Clark; a graduate of Covington High School and the JVS, Class of 1984; previously worked at Shell Service Station; loved to color and watch NCIS; member of Covington Eagles Aerie #3998; member of AMVETS Post #1976, Sidney;  an avid NASCAR fan and football, especially Cincinnati Bengals and The Ohio State University Buckeyes.  But most of all, Amy loved her grandchildren.  Amy is survived by her husband of 19 years, William “Bill” Ezra Butts; her three children, Ashley Meeds & Seth Pace of Union, Timothy James & Devyn Meeds of Piqua, April & Craig Pence of Botkins; six grandchildren, Cora, Cleo & Carter Pace, Harley Meeds, Raven & Jaden Pence; numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; brother, John Kevin Clark of Piqua; sister and brother-in-law, Heather & John Chambers of Piqua; nephew, Johnny Chambers of Piqua; other relatives and friends.  Gathering of Friends 3-5 PM Thursday at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home for final expenses.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com
